The modular construction method makes it possible to create economy or premium class houses. The finished houses are suitable for both summer and year-round living.
The modules can be separate rooms (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, terrace). Different materials are used for interior and exterior decoration, most often wooden slats with different bevel configurations and colours. To make it cosy in the winter, modular houses are additionally insulated with different types of materials. All the wood used is carefully prepared for production, treated with antiseptics and painted or varnished at the factory. This helps to avoid rotting or deformation of the modules and extends the service life of the entire structure.
